Use to love Macy’s

Such a disappointment and a hassle!!! Was mailed a pair of jeans instead of the bag! I don’t you know how you can mistake a bag for a pair of jeans! It even says Coach bag on the receipt! Ordered online so I don’t have to go out but now I have to go out to mail back it back!! Also worst part is I got a $40 star rewards from this purchase and had already bought something because of the reward but now just received my refund from the returned jeans, they took out $40 from my refund! That was not even my fault I had to return! It’s like a Bait and switch tactic!

It’s for kids I think - a joke of a bag

Should be described as micro bag for nothing to hold inside. I regret wasted time and energy for this nonsense. Literally, my small hands cannot get inside properly. That is not even a phone holder. It’s a key holder sort of deal. Yikes.

cute! but their sending me bag came with defects

My bag arrived unwrapped! a package without bubble wrap to protect and the bag is used and item is defective and damaged. I was pretty sad ,I want my money back and need to return but I throw away the packing boxes and I don't got the receipt information for return it. I can't believe this bag it's passed the QC and Macy's send to the customer Please don't buy this bag on online! I will not order another bag or something too expensive without seeing actual first.
