Nice bag

I love the size and color of this bag but I'm very disappointed in the shipping, it was thrown in a box in a plastic bag no protection. Small scuff on the front of the bag I'm pretty sure it was a return as it was missing all of the wrapping that a new bag would normally have and somebody had left a receipt in the purse. I did not get this bag on sale and paid full price I'm thinking I should have just went to the actual Coach store to purchase I didn't even receive a dust bag although I love the bag I'm debating returning and going to the actual Coach store for a brand new bag.. Macy's needs to do better with packaging.

Nice looking purse but it is very small

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a fan of Coach handbags and love the dark navy color but I gave it a four since it is on the small side. I wish it was a little wider so I could fit more in. After putting my phone in there is not much room for anything else except something small like a lipstick. However I did decide to keep it. Had it not been such a nice dark navy which is a color I did not previously have I would have probably returned it.

Beautiful !!

Bag is absolutely gorgeous! The brass chain and C on the bag make the bag look super classy. You can use for special occasions or a casual night out. The quality is right on point! Overall just a beautiful classy cross body!

Pretty, but Bad quality material

The purse was scratched and the chain of the purse seemed of cheap material. Definitely not worth the price.

Coach bag

Cute, just the size I need. The only thing is I thought the chain and metal letter was gold color. It's silver. Other than that, the bag is nice and sturdy

Excellent small leather wallet crossbody

I bought this online in the Maple color. This small bag is a real gem and has card spaces inside. It holds my cell phone and keys no problem. The color with the contrast of the hardware is beautiful.The leather quality is great - smooth and consistent. The bag would also make a perfect holiday gift. Five stars all the way
