Disappointed in the workmanship

The quality of the product is good I am disappointed in the workmanship of the product and the stitch on the handle of the product from using the product the threading is coming apart the zipper should be better than that I have been purchasing COACH Handbag for a long time now I have noticed that you have gone down on the zipper that you are using on the products I post a pic the handles when I get a chance
