Watch

I am seriously disappointed with my multiple item purchases from Macy's. I will never shop on their online store again because guaranteed your items will come either damaged or broken. Crazy because in-store they always package any jewelry I've gotten very carefully. They apparently throw all caution out the window when packaging these items. The Coach watch was at least wrapped in bubble wrap, no watch case or nothing. Smh This cross came with a broken chain carelessly packaged and Idk What kind of stainless steel that is because it's scratched up. Also the rose earrings I bought came in a a package that looked like someone tried to rip open. The back part of both earrings was completely bent. These were gifts for family for my wedding on Friday. Macy's dropped the ball big time on this. I will make sure to tell anyone and everyone that shops there, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON MACY'S ONLINE STORE. I repeat they don't package or give a jewelry box for your items. It's will end up damaged.
