Comfortable

Very Difficult to Take Off

I am a big fan of Chelsea-style 'slip on' styles because I travel a lot and they are very convenient to take off going through airport security. I bought Kenneth Cole boots for decades, but they don't seem to offer the Chelsea style anymore, so shopping around I saw these by Coach, which I figured would be stylish and well made. It was a bit of struggle just to get the boots on, but then trying to take them OFF was insane... Couldn't even do it alone! I actually had to have my wife pull on the heel with all her might while I held onto the headboard of our bed. Totally defeats the purpose of having a 'slip-on / slip-off' shoe. The problem is they are too high above the ankle, and not flexible enough. If they were an inch or to shorter, IE just above the ankle, they'd have been keepers instead of being returned. If you have a personal valet who dresses and undresses you, then these might be perfect for you.
