Great sale price

The bag is much harder than I expected. I thought I was getting a soft leather bag being called calf leather but am disappointed in how hard the leather is. Also the bag is much larger than I expected in both width and length. This bag is a gift for someone else so I hope she likes it more than I do. .

Poor quality control

The bag arrived in a Macy's box with no packing. The price tag was detached. When I opened the bag, there was a long black hair inside! Clearly a returned bag. I sent the bag back the next day.

Super Chic and still functional

Great bag that I am thrilled with!! Arrived packaged well and intact shortly after I placed my order. The leather is supreme and it's great that it will fit what I need and then some while still having a sleek,clean, and timeless design. So impressed!!❤️ ❤️

Not brand new, missing parts!

The bag does not look brand new and it was shipped without even a plastic bag. Receipt was taped right on the leather of the bag, which left residue. Looks like a returned item, which would have been fine, but they did not even bother making it presentable enough to be repurchased. Worst part is it’s MISSING PART OF THE KEYCHAIN! Usually had no problem with the quality of Macy’s products so this is so disappointing! For a bag that’s relatively so expensive, too!
