Terrible online ordering experience

I can't really review this item because Macy's messed my order up. It took a long time to arrive, and when it did, inside the package was a man's shirt instead of the Coach handbag I ordered. Macy's did give me a refund for the bag I ordered. Still really disappointing.

The most stylish outgoing bag

I absolutely love my new coach bag. Love the feel of the genuine leather. However I am removing one star because I wish it had a chain strap, would’ve been easier to sling it on and off. One more thing. It’s pretty small, so keep that it mind, the length is the size of my hand.

This purse is so cute in person. Perfect for my needs, it fits my iPhone, lipstick, cards and earbuds. I’ve received lots of compliments and I plan on getting another color.

Cute bag but too small

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great quality and cute looking but too small for me. Looks like a little girl bag. I ordered the Blue/Silver but color is more blue than silver and is well constructed inside. Sorry I had to send back.
