Zero Regrets

This is the cutest most beautiful bag and I love it!

Disappointed

I was very excited to order this as a birthday gift, but was extremely disappointed with what came. The bag arrived without the shoulder strap and without the coach tags. It did not have a duster bag either, which is surprising since most Coach bags come with. The price tag wasn’t even attached, and was shoved in the bottom of the bag. It’s a shame because the bag itself is a beautiful color and style, but I will be returning as half the purchase is missing. I use to love shopping Macy’s due to the quality and service they provided, but can’t say that is still true today.

Coach purse

Purse is beautiful, but I bought the wrong color for my daughter and unfortunately, was not able to change the order as it was beyond the 30 minutes (not much though), had to return and then rebuy it in the brown/maple color, so that would be my only complaint. The purse itself is absolutely gorgeous.
