Coach Bag Not Holding Up As Expected

Received this bag a year ago but just started carrying it six to eight weeks ago. The corners on the bottom are showing significant wear already, and I don't go out much -- very very little use of this bag. Way below expected Coach quality. How disappointing. I am technology challenged and don't know how to upload photos.

Coach Shay Handbag

Beautiful bag!

I purchased this bag in the off white color and it is gorgeous. The leather is excellent quality, durable and easy to clean. It is also the perfect size, not too large and not too small. Lots of compartments and secure zipper top. Love this bag and the sale price was the icing on the cake.

GORGEOUS BAG

I’m in love! I wanted a large brown soft bag to wear in summertime. I’m 5’11 and the size on me is perfect. I’m not sure I’d recommend for a really short petite woman. Beautifully made, lovely bag. Perfect storage zippers and pockets. Love the optional long strap. I’ll wear this for years and years until it falls apart!
