Highly Disappointed

If the item actually had a quality control check maybe the pursue would've came with the detachable strap?! A customer service representative tried to convince me the purse came without the detachable strap. Highly dissatisfied with Macy's and their customer service!

Stunning bag ever!

This bag!! This bag does not disappoint. The soft buttery pebble leather (so soft to the touch) and the gold metal accessories is the perfect combo and eye catching piece to add to any outfit. I have received so many compliments that I need one in every color.

Great bag, the material is beautiful and soft. Great spacious bag and carries all my essentials. Very stylish and great quality. Love that you can wear it as a shoulder bag or crossbody. You can dress the bag up or down, very versatile which I llove.
