Arrived scratched up

I just received the bag today and it came all scratched up!!! Will be returning tomorrow. I'm very disappointed!! Why would the person who packaged the item, in any way, think that it's okay to send a damaged item?!

Arrived damaged

I just rcvd this backpack today and just like i feared it was either a display or a return. There where scratches everywhere so i call customer service and they will be sending out a replacement and hopefully it will be new in a actual coach bag and not a bag Macys just found.

beautiful bag!

This is one of the most beautiful backpacks I’ve ever seen, with a nod to a certain high designer with the leather inserted chain! It can hold a lot especially with the magnetic sides closures which can pop open if you need to. The Coach leather is exquisite, and very durable as I got caught in a downpour the bag got soaking wet and in a couple of hours it dried and looked just as brand new! It’s really classy looks very high-end you won’t be disappointed. And thanks to Bloomingdales wonderful sales I got it at even a better price. Leave it to Coach to up their game.

Very versatile bag and highly recommended

It is a good counterpart or substitute for the Louis Vuitton Palm Springs mini, especially if you want to have an inexpensive replacement for the LV bag. It is the same size and similar style, except it is more on the dressy side. It won't fit as much as the Palm Springs but very functional for this size. The leather is smooth though, so I will worry about durability and whether it resists scratches. Nevertheless, a very understated but elegant and fun bag. It does not have the hype of the cassie yet, but I think it will catch up soon.
