Missing pouch and damaged

A sales associate helped us order this bag online from the store. This was because the only one left in-store was missing the pouch (looked like someone stole it), had smudges and scratches due to it being on display. She said she’ll order a new one. It arrived and it looks like they just sent us the one on display. Still missing pouch and had the smudges on it. I find it hard to believe that they didn’t take that one off of the shelves. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
