The BAG in the picture is NOT the one I received

I would love to be able to rate this. Although my order and the picture on my order shows the pebbled leather Chaise, which I was charged $295 for, I received the $175 Kitt crossgrain bag. I am beyond words. I waited 5 business days, planning to use it on a day trip so I could be hands free. Now I must go and return it...Should I risk ordering in store and demand they cover expedited shipping? Imagine if I did not check my work as Head of Payroll...

Love this bag!

I have been looking for a light weight crossbody bag with outside pockets for quite some time. This Coach chaise leather handbag is absolutely perfect. It is very pretty, light and meets all my requirements re external pockets. Now my phone and keys are always within easy reach!

Defective Coach Bags

I purchased Black Coach Chaise 19 bag in October 2023. By November, the side buckles would come undone randomly. By Feb 2024, less than 6 months the threading on both sides of the bag have come apart. Macys only has a 30 day warranty and Coach will not repair since these are factory bags and not boutique bags. It's a beautiful bag but do yourself a favor and purchase directly from Coach for the 2 year warranty.

Great crossbody bag

This is just the right size crossbody bag. No too big for a short person who is a longtime Coach fan. The black is very stylish & I like the wide strap. Thank you!
