Coach purse

I purchased a purse, i told the sales person (Daniel), before he rang up the purse, that i wanted another purse because that one was scratched. He said he would order a new one. When paying for the newly ordered purse, i told him i wanted to pay for purchase two ways. Half with my bank card and half on the Macy's card. He somehow ended up changing the whole amount to my bank card. I asked him, why did he do that, i didn't want the whole amount charged on my bank card. He apologized and i had to wait 5 days to get my money back from the bank. It was a total inconvenience. I never write reviews but this time i had to. Not only did he charge my bank card, they also tried giving me the damage bag when i went to pick up my purchased order, when he should've taken it out of display. This by far has been the worst visit to Macys for customer service.

My new favorite

The Lana was a birthday gift to myself while visiting Chicago. I absolutely love this bag. She’s so cute and versatile with the cross body strap. Perfect size for all of my daily necessities plus a few extras . I really like the black logo on black , very chic and I can swap the silver/gold accessories easily . I’m so glad I brought it .

The Show Purse!!

The bag is absolutely beautiful. I love the size and color. I also bought the decorative chain and cherries and that makes a great eye catcher!! It's just perfect for me!!

Love this versatile handbag

Excellent quality leather and stitching. Handles are comfortable to hold in one’s hand or over the wrist. The handles are stiff enough to stand upright and don’t flop over. Compartments are large enough for essentials - wallet, cell phone, tissue, and a small bag of cosmetics but this is a medium-size handbag, not a large one. The high quality leather seems to wear very well. I love this bag and have it in 4 colors.
