Wrong Display Box

My first order was entered incorrectly due to the system not allowing me to complete my order and had to be returned. During this time read a couple reviews noticing there where several about the item not coming in the correct display case.., I thought to myself surly not and low and behold received my second order and it came in a box where the iteams where loose and could easily be damaged Not a good look on your part, especially for jewelry Macys.

Disappointed

I just picked my order up from one of my local Macy’s. It was the wrong box and wrong color bracelet. It is suppose to be a Christmas gift so I’m not returning. The inside packaging makes the bracelets look cheap and the bracelets themselves look as if they have been handled. I feel as if I need to polish them both before wrapping as a gift. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering jewelry from Macy’s again.

Coach bracelets bangles

Item was delivered in an blue box with a bag in it . From what you see in the picture is totally opposite. Very disappointed, was supposed to be a a Christmas gift but I am returning.
