Martinsburg WV warehouse sends wrong item AGAIN

This is not the first time I have received the wrong item. Instead of this Coach card case I received a cheap Steve Madden floppy hat. I now have to go into a Macy’s store to ensure I get this charge removed from my Macy’s card but also receive my Star Rewards money back that was used in purchasing this item. I would love to review it but never received it. Do yourself a favor, go into the store or order elsewhere-do not order online. There is zero quality control.
