This is a great tote bag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you. I love my tote bag. After shopping around I chose this bag because it zips close and has a lock closure. The bag is good quality and sturdy. I am glad I got this bag and appreciate the safety features.

You cannot tell this tote had a past life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First tote I’ve tried that doesn’t secure all sections with a zipper, but the magnet and turn lock work well. It’s a perfect size for slinging on the shoulder and I love the protective feet. Five stars to whomever ReLoved it. Perfect condition

I love my new tote! It has a lot of room, dividers for organization, and it’s sturdy! So elegant, too!!

The bag is ok but the service is terrible.

the service: I got a display one, the bag came in a plastic bag inside a box no other paper to protect from rolling around, the feet have big scratches on them. a tear on the leather in the side and some her and there scratches on the leather. I returned it and it’s stated between 3-5 days, I called 7 days in Andrew told me I’d get an email in 24-48hrs so, i called back after 48hrs. Nothing was actually so I lied to and waiting still no refund. I really don’t enjoy their service. pros: good sized tote, I love the different compartments to help keep organize. I love that it has feet it’s compact. The croc look is nice looking. This will complete my Coach Willow bag line as I have the other sizes of this bag cons: It was revamped so it lost the decent slip pocket in one compartment which is where i’d keep the phone. someone may not like the compartments are separated as you may not be able to fit ie. sweater. the croc material is easy to leave scratches.

Classic Willow

Love the look and quality. Definitely worth the price and even better got it on sale , but would have gladly paid for the full price. My daily bag for work, need to get one in another color.
