Unprofessional

For paying $200 you can imagine when I got home to see the purse was shipped in a plastic bag and no box. The bag is creased due to this & I can only imagine what kind of moisture it endured during shipping. Also does not come with a dustbag, however that is least of my worries. NEXT TIME MACY'S SHIP IN A BOX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For the price of the purse Will be nice it what I order came in a box and not being delivered in a plastic envelope and probably been folded and smash on the process on being delivered.

Too Small for My Needs

I like the look of the bag. Unfortunately, the inside is very narrow and just a hair or two too small for my everyday purposes as I had intended. I wish the inside expanded a little wider to fit my wallet, phone, car key, writing pen, vitamin cylinder, and small container of hand cream. I am still debating whether I should return it for something else. I wanted so badly for this purse to work. :-(
