Loose strap hooks
Strap hooks keep coming a loose.
It may fall off you
The purse is great. I love the size and the strap. However, I wish I had read the one-star reviews before I purchased. I'm having an issue with the buckle on the strap coming unbuckled unexpectedly. I am afraid the purse will fall off sometime without me noticing. I will try to send the strap back to Coach. Not what I expected from this brand.
Great little bag
I love this coach cross body bag.. I have the same one in a different color. It’s the perfect size to downsize from a big bag when you don’t need everything you usually carry. It holds just enough for that purpose. I will say it is a little stiff and it’s not always easy to get what you need. Still I’m happy I bought it and it’s the perfect small go to handbag for me.

Problems all around with receiving this bag
At first the tracking info said that my package was delivered it was never delivered. I had to call customer service to get it reshipped it finally came and it has the alarm tags attached to it. Terrible experience this was time sensitive and is someone's gift.
