Terrible

I have several Coach bags and this is not the same quality. The color is pretty but the leather is hard, and it feels and looks cheap. It's too small to be considered a "medium" size bag. The shoulder strap is too thick so it slides down and will not stay on my shoulder regardless of what I wear. I wish I had returned it. Total waste of money.
