watermarks on bag

I was so excited when my bag arrived, but when I removed all the protection from it I noted there were some slight white faded marks on both sides of the bag and they didn't come off when i tried to wipe it off. Quality wise it's great but sadly I will be returning the bag.

Classy and Sleek

My Coach Bella Medium Leather Shoulder Bag is exactly what I was looking for. I like the size. It has the right number of pockets inside and out. The added chain detail on the strap gives it a little extra something without making the bag heavy. I am very choosy but this bag hit all the right boxes.

Quality Control

Hello bag lovers, I received this bag in black. I was very disappointed, because it was obvious that the bag was used and then returned to Macy’s. Then the bag was sent to me….. This is not the first time this has happened to me. Macy’s you need to practice a better quality control, and check your items for damage. And if the item is damaged, are have been used, DO NOT MAIL-SEND THE ITEM TO YOUR CUSTOMER, SHAME ON YOU….

Handle pull is poorly designed

I didn’t even have this bag for a week and the handle pull broke. Extremely disappointed. I am a long time coach user and was excited to purchase this bag.

Birthday gift to myself😀

Such a cute shape and size is great. Only two things I wish it had a zip pocket inside and the straps slightly slip off my shoulders. I’m working on getting use to the no zipper pocket and I read if you move the outside strap under the inside it helps slipping. It’s working so far. Good smooth leather and quality is really nice.
