Sent the wrong thing

Did not receive the right item & was told over the pho that the would send the right item but later get a emails saying the would refund me my money only too get a email later in the week too say I’ll be mailed a store credit if I paid with money why wouldn’t I get money back on my card who said I wanted a store credit

Buyer beware

Macys sent me black and silver when I ordered black and gold! Now this is sold out. It’s a beautiful wallet and I’m so displeased. Reading the reviews on the other colors it seems like you run the risk of this mix up.

I ordered the black with gold hardware to match my Coach crossbody. the first time they sent the black with silver hardware. So I ordered again The second time they sent the black with silver also. So I give up!!!!! Frustrated!!!!

Beautiful

mine came in the silver hardware instead of the brass gold which I wanted and it’s so beautiful in person. can’t wait to start using it! there is no stitching out of place. perfectly crafted.
