great shoe problem with laces

love the color and they were very comfortable but one shoelace was much shorter than the other making it a little hard to tie that show. not sure what to do about that other than try to find the correct size laces.

Limited time to cancel or correct ordering mistake

Ordered with paypal. I noticed two days later before item shipped that my old address was listed for shipping. Called and was told it was too late to cancel eventhough the shoes weren't shipped yet. I was also assured by the Macy's customer service rep that the address change would be made. Remember, item still wasn't shipped. Well, the shoes never arrived here. Hopefully whoever was at my old address can wear my size. No more online shopping at Macy's for me. Totally disappointed with customer service. App deleted.
