Decoloring after First Wash

I bought a Navy/Red color for these shoes I loved these shoes, and wear it few times. They looked nice, comfy as well as goes nice with casual sneaker style. However, after the first wash with just water, the blue color is fading away and is very disappointing. I would have hoped that the color would stay at least for a year. I would request money back on these shoes or send me another replacement pair.

Comfortable but doesn’t clean well

very comfortable but got a little dirty and washed in washer on gentle cycle and the colors bled throughout even after washing with cold water on gentle cycle. other than that, is a great shoe for comfort.
