Not to my satisfaction

I returned this white Oxford shirt - some of the buttons were sewn on with black thread!

Mislabelled Size

I ordered size S together with 2 other shirts. While two other shirts matched the size, it seemed this particular one was mislabelled. The size was in fact XL not an S.

do not trust Macys same day delivery option

DO NOT TRUST MACY'S SAME DAY DELIVERY OPTION. I ordered these shirts for same day delivery to my son's dorm. He needed the items (dress shirts) for a special event. The items were listed as in stock and available for same day delivery. I placed the order hours before the same day deadline. They did not arrive and when I called Macy's to check the status I was told that they would "ship to the store and then be sent same day delivery." Huh? That is NOT same day delivery of an in-stock item. Huge let down.

Poor craftsmanship and substandard packing

This shirt was delivered with no original brand label or price tag attached. It was not even in the original manufacturer’s transparent plastic bag that is normally used at Macys stores. It was crumpled and squeezed in soft plastic packing. The craftsmanship of this shirt is extremely poor: many thread ends of needle stitches were left exposed without being trimmed, which shows that the quality of this brand has deteriorated.

Poor Craftsmanship and Substandard Packing

This shirt was delivered with neither brand tag nor price tag attached to it. It is crumpled because it does not even have the regular bag (the transparent plastic bag). The craftsmanship of this shirt is very poor, and most protruded stitch ends are not trimmed.

It needs to be ironed. :-(
