Men's jacket above.

It was very cheaply made; I didn't realize it was non-returnable when I purchased it, so I tried to return it and could not. When selling online items that can not be returned, please make the text BOLDER!!!

My first negative review

Purchased a winter jacket on a Last Act sale and it arrived damaged. I understand no refunds on Last Act but I only wanted an exact exchange to replace the damaged jacket and couldn't find any way to actually speak to someone regarding my issue. Customer service failure!

Feathers all over everything I wear! So annoying! I would not recommend this jacket.
