My return process of the broken product

I am very upset and still struggling with the way this situation is being handled by customer service! I was so excited about the heavy duty clothes rack and while I was putting it together impressed with the ease of understanding how to put together. Well, no sooner had I thought that, one side of the rack broke off. I was very upset because the process of returning such bulk was not going to be easy! Finally, after much research I read I could return to the store and I physically brought in the item stood in a long line and went through a tremendous amount of trying to get the item returned to no avail. The store ended up having me fill out a form as if I was sending it out and then told me it would be mailed and returned. I received no money and told I had an email of the transaction. I have yet to hear anything back and it has been over a week

Just what I was looking for!

Beautifully engineered. Could not possibly be easier to assemble. Only screw attachments are the rollers — all other connections are spring loaded. Good instructions. Perfect!

Rolling racket

This came in a small box and I had to put it together. It is more sturdy than the cheap 18$ Walmart plastic accented base - however- I can just see this sagging several years from now. I really would prefer U-line product or a solid strong product. I feel silly for buying this product and I would like to return it and just get a really good quality rolling rack. No I do not recommend
