don't buy

With regular use, this couch has lasted less then 3 years before seams started to rip open. And about 1 year the fabric started to show wear. After contacting the customer service chat, I was met with a person that used improper English and said I needed to call, because I reached the incorrect place, despite having hit the link off the product warranty page. 0/10, not recommended buying from Macy's.
