This “hard side” suitcase is not durable at all. I really wanted a hard side TravelPro WalkAbout that matched my soft side WalkAbout for my cruise. I’m afraid this 25” suitcase will crack on the voyage. One would expect a little more durability when purchasing Travel Pro. I’m just going to have to use my banged up Samsonite that really can take the beating. Remember those Samsonite commercials with the gorilla? Sad, but I’ll be returning this.

Item was exactly what I was looking for at a price I was willing to pay (i.e., closeout clearance, extra % off, plus Rakuten cash back). The item has a lot of nice features and rolls well. Please note that in good conscience I could only rate it at most three stars since I have not actually used it on a trip. I do believe it is a good value for a large hard sided spinner piece of luggage for the price paid. I do have confidence in the TravelPro brand name that the item will hold up just fine during our future travels. We also have a larger hard sided spinner Samsonite which we have not yet used on a trip, so we will see which brand lasts longer. ;)

The 25” is a sturdy and roomy piece. Like the color!

Still Waiting for Suitcase Cover before I pick up
I haven’t picked either suitcase up yet! I purchased these two suitcases because I have no luggage, like the green color, and have purchased Travel-Pro luggage before and like their lifetime warranty! I haven’t picked up my order yet because I am waiting for the suitcase cover to arrive at Macy’s so I can pick up all three items at once! If someone has picked up my luggage, it is fraud because I didn’t ask anyone to pick it up and put myself as the pickup person when I placed the order online! And it is not a gift for anyone except myself!
Poor Quality
Travelpro would not fix a zipper on their luggage. It was 3 months old and the first time we used it. They want us to pay for shipping which would be half the cost of a new suitcase. They do not back their products
A reasonably priced medium bag with trend and quality!
A nice looking trendy luggage option. This may be the perfect size I would need for a weeks getaway. 1st impressions on quality are great. I got the red color option. I can sleep well at night knows I have the backing of Travelpro's warranty.
