Leather and sunscreen do not mix
We have had this sofa for about 3 years and love the look and comfort. Sadly, where my husband rests his arm and where our legs rest on the seat have turned yellow. I now know that sunscreen and leather don't mix. I have tried cleaning it with leather cleaner the stain does not budge. If you are always covered in sunscreen like we are here in Arizona, this is not the couch for you unless you plan on covering it up. My friend has the same sofa in New Jersey and has not had this problem.

DO NOT BUY FROM MACYS
This is an update to a review posted earlier this month. My 4 year old couch has 3 holes. Claims to the warranty company have been denied. Worry No More is a scam company- just do a google search on them. Macy's supports them by selling their services. Macy's is complicit in the scam by not providing any support or recognition of the poor customer service. If you have any issues with furniture, Macy's makes it tough to impossible to find any help. They have 3 Vice-Presidents for furniture who are all unreachable and clearly out of touch to what is happening in their departments. Just avoid purchases in general. You'll be much happier in the end!

Excellent
I bought this sectional in brown in 2020 during the pandemic for my newly purchased townhouse. I have not had any issues with the leather or framing. My sectional is in excellent condition! I remove any dust before using a soft damp (with water) cloth to clean it. I do not use leather cleaner. Also, I do not have children or pets. I do not regret my purchase!

Do NOT buy!
I have owned this sectional for 4 years. I have 2 dogs. After about a year and a half it was clear this couch was not well made. We purchased the warranty so I was not too worried about it. At about 2 years I made a claim due to the leather wearing away. It was denied because normal wear and tear is not covered. Ok fine. Not happy but was told there had to be a specific incident. A month or so ago my dog jumped on the couch and put a hole through the leather. A few days later, we see another hole caused by my dog. And then a few days later another. We watched them happen. We put in a claim. They sent a leather repairman out to do an estimate. Then we were notified our claim was denied. We disputed it. Denied again. I own another leather couch purchased from Macy’s about 20 years ago. Same house. Same family and it’s in great condition. The leather couch before this one lasted 15 years. I am embarrassed by the couch and very disappointed in the warranty company.

Terrible
Bought this two years ago. Leather is peeling and discolored. Was told it is “bonded” leather. Went to Macys today and told the lady helping me that I don’t want what happened to my couch to purchase again. Was told “you got a dud.” Would not recommend.

Looks great but
We bought this couch three years ago. We use it nightly and it’s comfortable. We love the look. The leather is decent- we’ve cleaned it with a leather cleaner which works great. There are definitely “comfort creases” in it but we can look past it. The main issues have been the poor quality of construction. The framing material is so bad that ours has broken at three different places on three different occurrences. We’ve had to rebuild and add in better quality framing. We rebuild it because we like the sofa and how it works, plus it cost too much to only last a couple years.

We are on our third year owning this couch and it's still in beautiful condition. No regrets!

Chase cushion clasped & sent to fix & it made it worse. If I could I would send pictures
