Packing/shipping was horible!

I purchased this on sale. I never expected to receive the case in a huge box that was too big for the case. Almost Two cases could have fit in the box!!! There was no packing inside and the case was bounced around. The original tags looked to be on correctly however there were scratches on the wheels, zippers worked okay. The rest of the case looks okay! This must have been a display case. Really annoyed at how this was shipped and it should have said sale was on display cases that might have scratches as I might not have ordered for that reason!!! Very poor service!!!! The case was what I wanted...light weight and correct size. Not sure if I will return. Such a hassle plus they charge for return!

Lightweight and Convenient

The bag is very sleek, it has all the pockets that I love, but the exterior has handles that don’t catch on airline equipment. It easily fit in the overhead compartment of a smaller plane. I really love this bag and plan to purchase as a gift.

NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT

I ordered this suitcase Feb. 7 for a trip on Feb.21. It was supposed to ship in 1-5 days. It is now 2/21, and I still haven’t gotten it despite contacting customer service twice. I could only talk to a chat bot, not a person.

Smooth Trips with the Walkabout 7 Carry-On

This is my first carry-on bag from Travelpro after many years with their larger luggage. The Walkabout 7 Carry-on Expandable Spinner has all the features you know and love in a smaller package! I found it to be light weight, yet durable and well constructed. The wheels were smooth, the handle was comfortable with 2 available lengths that made it easy for the whole family to use, and there are many convenient compartments. Given its compact size, I occasionally grabbed the expansion zipper rather than the main compartment zipper when trying to open it. However, a more thoughtful placement of the zippers on my part easily solved this issue. All in all, a great carry-on. I love it!

My go-to carryon bag!

I have an older version of this bag and still love it, too. BUT, this newer edition is even better in terms of mobility; the spinner wheels practically float this bag across the floor! I also really like the re-designed outer quick-access zipper pockets, they are really easy to open and quite roomy. The interior holds way more than you might expect given the size of this bag. Another nice new feature is the stationary handle at the top of the bag which is even sturdier, but also more comfortable to hold. This really is a very smartly designed carryon-size suitcase!
