Handle Broke After Second Time of Use

We used this bag twice. The handled broke with no fault of our own, and now the bag is useless. Sadly the handle is cheaply made. We take good care of our belongings. There's no reason why this should have happened. This happened right after we went through TSA to go to our gate. When I attempted to extend the handle to walk with the bag, it came apart. Macy's is refusing to send us a new bag or refund us because we purchased this bag 11 months ago. But again... we only used this luggage twice. I would not recommend buying this bag and purchasing this set.

A good buy to last a long time.

Lightweight, expandable, carries a lot, looks good, easy to maneuver around.

I Absolutely Love this Suitcase!

I Absolutely Love this suitcase! I thought it would be too big when I ordered it, but it was just Right. Could fit everything in it, that would normally take 3 luggages! Lots of Room and because of the 4 wheels I could maneuver it easily. Yes, I would definitely recommend this suitcase!!

This suitcase is roomy and easy to maneuver with the swivel wheels. Very nice dark red color. Looks like it will hold up very well for years to come!

Great, LARGE cute luggage

This 28” luggage is very big and very bold! I love the red with the trademark stripe of blue and white very tastefully down the front in parallel lines and then cute details with the leather (leatherette?) piping. The bag will be great for long hauls and I like the inside details, including a pack down buckle strap. Can’t wait to use it for a trip!

I Love This Suitcase!

I wasn't sure if this might be too big, but it is exactly what I needed. I can fit all of my clothing (shoes too!) in this piece. It's roomy, but lightweight. It also looks great. It's unique styling will make it a standout in airport luggage pickup areas. The styling is all Hilfiger and looks sharp. I've always traveled with duffel bags, or multiple smaller suitcases. This piece will replace the need for any of those, and help keep my clothes more organized and less wrinkled. Excellent choice!
