Not what expected!

I was very excited getting my “smart mug” but wasn’t what I expected… after trying it for almost a month I decided to return it and started my return online where is said that I didn’t need the original package BUT when I went to the store (Macy’s) the return couldn’t be complete. If you’re buying electro domestics keep in mind yo save the original package for at least a month just in case something happen with the product. Now I have a “new” smart mug that it’s wasn’t that I wanted I cannot return it!

Worked for me

I read the other reviews and don't understand them. This product heated my coffee well and charged my phone. It works great!
