Absolutely love it!

I initially hesitated to purchase furniture online, but seeing the pieces come together has been truly rewarding. I'm thrilled with my new sofa! The delivery team, especially Will, exemplified dedication and care in assembling each piece, ensuring the recliners worked perfectly. This thoughtful approach transformed my experience into something memorable! In addition, the customer service team is excellent. Since my purchase, I have received two price adjustments. Macy's will be my preferred store for future furniture purchases.

Bad Delivery Experience

We ordered the glider and received the wrong product 2 times! It was a waste of one month going back and forth with Macy. By the third attempt they told us the glider is out of stock. The whole purchasing and delivery experience was horrible. I will not be purchasing furniture again from Macy.

The best quality

I purchased this swivel recliner from Macy's in Manchester. I regret not purchasing the rest of my furniture there. I shopped and shopped until exhaustion and finally remembered the furniture section at Macy's. The quality and value is superb.

Do not buy from here!

Sofa is nice, no doubt about that. But I am still waiting for the other half of my sofa!!! When delivered by their white glove team the sofa was assembled wrong and nothing like the picture. Then the power cords for the reclining chairs is the wrong cords!!!!! I won’t even get started on how Macy’s billed the sofa in two transactions and cause my payment option to decline because it appeared as fraudulent activity to the bank.

Disappointment

I would love to rate this chair, but unfortunately Macy’s cannot communicate. We were told the chair would ship within 3-5 business days. WE had to call customer support twice to figure out the delay. Finally we were told the chair was on back order until DECEMBER. I cannot believe the lack of communication. We should not have been the ones to reach out. We should have been informed at checkout that the chair was on back order before we paid. Unbelievable. With that being said, we will be cancelling our order.
