Do not buy from here!

Sofa is nice, no doubt about that. But I am still waiting for the other half of my sofa!!! When delivered by their white glove team the sofa was assembled wrong and nothing like the picture. Then the power cords for the reclining chairs is the wrong cords!!!!! I won’t even get started on how Macy’s billed the sofa in two transactions and cause my payment option to decline because it appeared as fraudulent activity to the bank.

Worst service and support- save your money

I wish I could give the actual sectional a decent review, but due to the lack of customer service we received during our supposed white glover delivery and the absolute headache with trying to get a price match after this sectional went on a deep discount, a literal day after our delivery. I have contacted the actual Genesse Valley store with no response from management as well as half hearted responses from the furniture and bedding email in attempt to get the price match we deserve. We opened a Macy’s card for this purchase with hopes of filling our new home with more purchases in the future, but if this is how Macys treats their customers, I will gladly go and spend my money elsewhere.
