Should have kept old mattress, shame on Serta, 2 weeks it’s as flat as a pancake!

worst customer service
I haven’t even received this mattress yet, but double check correct shipping address or any important info on big-ticket items before placing an order online or on this app. You will have to suffer thru Macy’s customer service from triple hell overseas with a wait time of an hour and a rep who wouldn’t believe you ordered from the Macy’s app. Worst comes to worst, the mattress will have to be turned away, and I’ll be slapped with another delivery fee after I added “white glove service” with no assurance I will be refunded. Terrible!

Springs felt
Not what I expected. It lacks fullness and softness. You can feel the springs when you lay down. I think mattresses that came in a box may have better quality at a cheaper price. I returned it.

This mattress is razor thin and offers no comfort or support. You can feel the springs inside when you step on it. Had to buy a mattress topper just to stop the pain it was causing my wife and I. Very uncomfortable. Avoid this mattress at all costs
