Worst mattress ever

I bought it online , and it clearly said firm mattress. When I lay down I sunken down and I believe it had a hole in the middle already . DO NOT RECOMMEND. I end up returning.

Perfect!!

My new mattress was delivered on the 18th by two very nice delivery men ! It is the most comfortable mattress I've ever had- plenty of side support and a really firm surface - very glad I bought it! Thank You Serta & Macy's!!!

So-so Mattress

Bought this mattress for our guest bedroom. Didn’t want to pay a ridiculous amount so settled on this one. I slept on it a few times to see how it is and I will say it isn’t what I would refer to as firm. The mattress is comfortable/adequate for an overnight infrequent guest sleep but not for a day to day mattress. It has a pillow top kind of feel to it as you somewhat “sink into” it…and those indentations stay. If this was my main mattress I would have returned. The sale price and hassle of coordinating a return is really the only reason I am keeping.
