Very uncomfortable and hot!

I am 50 years old, 5’7” tall and weigh ~160lbs. This mattress is very uncomfortable, the materials are not breathable, and it makes me feel very hot. The overall weight of the mattress is light. I feel like I am sinking into the bed. I’ve tried to sleep on my back and side and it is still making my back ache. I called customer service to return and exchange but they said someone has to come out to inspect it before they approve the return! This date is not until 18 days from this review. Very disappointed.

extremely poor quality

I bought this mattress back in July 2024 and this is august this mattress is not comfortable when I lay on it it sinks in on my side I have to move over to the middle of the bed to try to get some comfort after a while the middle starts to sink in, and this supposed to be a Serta this bed is horrible. Please be aware would not recommend this mattress
