Cured back pain in one night
From the very first night, the back pain was gone. It did take a month to adjust to the firmness though, coming from a pillowtop mattress. I need to see the chiropractor less and take less pain medicine. Who knew a mattress could make that much difference.

You know, as a member of the jacked-up lower back club, the time finally came where it was time to go find a mattress. Check that...a GOOD mattress! So we looked at the usual places where you buy that kind of thing and my wife suggested Macy's. At first I was skeptical, but I am SO glad she talked me into it! This mattress is firm, yet very comfortable, and surprisingly my back hasn't felt this great in years. It feels good to get up without worrying about lower back pain. It actually looks great in our bedroom, and even the boxspring is very-well constructed for a big guy like myself (I'm 240 pounds). The mattress supports you very well, and you don't wake up feeling like you got kneed in your back. I must also say your salesperson was very nice and informative also. Very knowledgeable about the product. So my wife and I (and my back) all thank you!!!

The lower back pain went away when we purchased Serta Masterpiece Albert 14" Luxury Firm Mattress - Queen. I think our old mattress was too hard. We had to upgrade our bed frame. Very satisfied with the purchase

Amazing Mattress
This is by far the most amazing mattress that I’ve ever owned. I broke my back when I was 18 and have always had a hard time finding a suitable mattress. Then I made a trip to Macy’s and found this gem! I would recommend this mattress to anybody looking for a comfortable firm supportive mattress. I’m sleeping the whole night through and waking up refreshed and and not sore.

I am VERY PLEASED with this mattress! First off let me explain my rating; Yes 6 out of 5 is right. My reason is everything about this mattress is High quality, it's made to last. Each stitch is well stitch at the steams, the firmness is perfect (not to firm or hard), the top lay or outer layer is well balance with padding, also it's waterproof to SOME degree, when moving both sides has two handles (a bit heavy when moving), the height is 14 inches. My only real issue is Sheets! It was a bit hard to look for sheets to fit this mattress, I tired three different bed sheets each one had to be returned. I order the queen size, the queen size sheets wouldn't fit cause of the height, by solving this I put a king size sheets. Looking back now it really wasn't a big issue, just buy a king size to resolve this matter. Overall I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this mattress! It's worth paying for more in the long run. Trust me!!

Firm but soft!
This mattress is very firm but super soft at the same time. It feels luxurious and comfy while you sleep. At 14” deep, It is so much thicker than my former mattress was so I was afraid with my short legs I wouldn’t be able to get into bed with out steps, but I have managed nicely and once I’m in bed, it’s so comfortable I don’t even notice that it’s higher than what I’m used to. Also, somehow it also manages to feel cool, like the cool side of a pillow when you turn it over . Both my husband and I have been sleeping really well with this new mattress!
