Registration

The mattress is fine… Very comfortable for being as thin as it is. Registration is terrible… My model number, 500784181–1010 did not exist in the registration and I had to pick a different number.

Talk to a knowledge sales rep and don't hang up

Poor customer service and organization between the warehouse and delivery. I have had miscommunication since I purchased online. On part, I ordered wrong but when I spoke to the delivery guy, he shared I needed to reorder as I and not ordered two box springs. Since, I have had 2 different delivery dates/cancellations on Macy's behalf and have been hung up on. Still waiting.
