Disappointment 😞

Just brought the mattress, it is noisy when you sit on it, the head of the mattress is sunken in and the pillow top is lumpy.

Caves in the middle and hurts your back

I had read the other reviews and thought that there were enough good reviews to outweigh the potential bad reviews however I’ve had my mattress for 2 months now and unfortunately have not had a positive experience. The mattress caves in the middle and is very firm much more than the description indicated. While there is very little mattress topping to help it shifts under the mattress when we move around and will cause it to puff up and cause inconsistent firmness. My back has never hurt this much from a mattress and incredibly disappointed.

It typically takes 1-2 months for a person to adjust to a new sleeping surface. We recommend checking your foundation to be sure it's adequately supporting the mattress. Rotating your mattress regularly ensures even wear. If you have any questions about the warranty reach out to Macy's

Worst mattress I’ve owned.

This mattress hurts my back and sinks in the middle. The worst mattress I have owned. I’ve always bought Serta mattresses but this one is for the pits. It was bought in September 2022.

worse mattress ever

This mattress got bad after a couple Weeks of use. My back hurt when I'm sitting on it, you feel like you're sinking. It is not comfortable and the top bubbled up.

Comfortable but my back was not happy

I was very excited to receive my queen mattress, it is very comfortable but not good on my back. I am in the process of exchanging my mattress. Serta has been helpful throughout the process. I am hoping to get something extra firm. This mattress is great for the people who don't have back issues.

Great bed, but took over 2 months for it to get delivered. Also the delivery company canceled the delivery date twice.
