Disappointment 😞

Just brought the mattress, it is noisy when you sit on it, the head of the mattress is sunken in and the pillow top is lumpy.

Excellent mattress

Bought this for my daughter. It is absolutely the most comfortable mattress in the house at the moment. The pillow top is subtle, but oh so effective. Bought this blindly and could not have been happier. Very comfortable and would recommend.

Comfortable but my back was not happy

I was very excited to receive my queen mattress, it is very comfortable but not good on my back. I am in the process of exchanging my mattress. Serta has been helpful throughout the process. I am hoping to get something extra firm. This mattress is great for the people who don't have back issues.
