MATTRESS

DANIEL DURAN WAS SO SUPERIOR TO SETTLE MY DELIVERY OPTION -HE WAS PATIENT-PROFESSIONAL - I WISH EVERY COMPANY HAD PEOPLE OF HIS HIGH CALIBER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS - PUTTING MACY'S AT THE TOP OF THE GOLD STANDARD OF SERVICE!

Mattress

Mattress is sagging, it is not what we expected. We had a mattress the same brand and it last for many years, we bought the new one thinking will be similar but we are very discourage about it.

Onty a few weeks - not working well

I have had the mattress for about 2 weeks. First issue - woke with numb arm, took hours to get feeling back. Next issue, can barely walk when waking - due to back and leg muscles retracting. Bed is soft to feel, but no support and is actually showing my sleep spot! I have no idea why it is happening - doesn't feel too firm, but maybe too soft?? I'm trying to pick a new one but afraid the ONE TIME choice with charges for restocking fills me with dread of buyer's remorse!
