Macy's is the best...

Was a really good buy...70% off.frim but comfortable got rid of the pain on my right side. Delivery people was very professional...lam very happy.

Concerned it won't last

One week in and it's already sagging some where the heavier person sleeps. It is not 9.5" and is not comfortable. I'm especially concerned it won't last... AND I was charged more than was shown on the website when I purchased (coupon didn't apply). So, I bought a substandard mattress and paid more than I expected for it.

We highly recommend reaching out to your original purchasing store and filing a warranty claim so this can be looked at. If your mattress is found to be defective, you should be able to get a replacement. Additionally we recommend reaching out to the store directly to let them know that the coupon did not apply to your order and they may be able to assist in that regard as well. We hope this helps!

Serta Eurotop Mattress. I Love It!

I'm so happy with my new mattress. I have spine and hip problems, and because of this new mattress, I wake up refreshed with no back pain at all.
