Macy's is the best...

Was a really good buy...70% off.frim but comfortable got rid of the pain on my right side. Delivery people was very professional...lam very happy.

Concerned it won't last

One week in and it's already sagging some where the heavier person sleeps. It is not 9.5" and is not comfortable. I'm especially concerned it won't last... AND I was charged more than was shown on the website when I purchased (coupon didn't apply). So, I bought a substandard mattress and paid more than I expected for it.

We highly recommend reaching out to your original purchasing store and filing a warranty claim so this can be looked at. If your mattress is found to be defective, you should be able to get a replacement. Serta Eurotop Mattress. I Love It!

Bed for my daughter
