Good Sleeping
We bought this mattress for our teenager and she absolutely loves it. It's not too hard, not too soft, but just right. I tested it via a 2 hour nap and it slept well. A great mattress makes all of the difference for someone trying to get a good rest. If we ever need to use her bed for guest, I believe they will be very happy.

Great bed- delivery horrible
Bed is great, however I paid for White Glove service and I was told they would set it up on the frame. They said it was too many pieces to put together. I have this on video since I have cameras in my home. Additionally I said in my instructions that there was one flight of stairs to go down. The delivery drivers were annoyed when they learned of this. They were nice at first until they seen my man in the house. They did not care that we said we would call to complain. I did get a refund for the white glove, but very upset that they offer the service and the employees refuse to give the service. I have video of this and I would gladly share.

Bought this last June 2024 and it’s only been 3 months and the mattress already have indentations and sagging. We even rotated the top mattress and it’s still the same.

It’s supposed to be medium firm far from it. It’s soft. It sinks in, and it leaves an indentation of your body shape. Not a good mattress.
This mattress smells musty, disgusting. If Macy's does not replace it, there is going to be trouble.
