Disappointed by communication

I never got it. I was told it would be delivered between 11:30 and 1:30 edt 11:45. At 2 I called and was told it was canceled. I set up another time for next week. I hope I get it this time. Very unhappy with the lack of communication.

Best Spine Support

The only downside was that Sealy Posturepedic did not include the 2 straps on each side of the mattress as was on the old version where the mattress could be turned easily, so this new version may not be turned. It is as comfortable as expected but will see how the new materials and smaller springs hold together.
