Very nice firm mattress. Love that the base, free shipping and white glove service was included and the option for 12 month interest free all through Macy's. Online purchase but the customer service and the service from the delivery guys were outstanding. Thank you

The pillow top is just enough softness and the cooling gel within it makes for such a comfortable sleep. We got the firm version and it is perfect for us. The white glove delivery service was excellent.

6 months into having this mattress and I seem to be having more back problems than usual. I don’t even know if I could return it at this point, but if I could I would definitely return.

I am absolutely loving my new mattress. Firm hip and back support. No more aches or numbness in the morning. Purchasing and delivery with Macy’s are what a buying experience should be. They kept me informed of every move. The delivery came right on time and the people delivering the mattress were very professional and polite. I originally ordered this mattress from another retailer and it was an absolute nightmare. I ended up canceling the order when it was not delivered and spent weeks trying to get credited for my payment. I will always check with Macy’s first when purchasing big items.
