Extremely disappointed with customer service

Ordered this mattress with a delivery date confirmed via text the morning of. Two hours later received an email that it was not to be delivered until the next week. Called customer service and was told that the next week's delivery was canceled and I might be able to get it delivered 2 days after that but it was not guaranteed. Order was canceled.

So comfy!

I just got this mattress and it's amazing! Best sleep I've gotten in years. It's not too soft or too firm, it's just right! I've only had it for a week hope the quality holds up over time! Macys customer service was excellent and the delivery was perfect. Overall a great experience!
