shopping online is not the way to buy a mattress

I was on the phone with the Macy’s clerk that specialized in mattresses. She was wonderful and gave me a lot of good information. I went ahead and ordered online and took advantage of a sale. Delivery was seamless We’ve had the mattress for almost 2 months … and I have had a backache every single morning… I did give it a good try. The return process was easy also I completely understand the restock fee and the pick up fee … because this is truly my fault. I should’ve laid on the mattresses before choosing one to purchase. My advice to anyone is go to a store lay on the mattresses find the one that works and either buy it there or get the information and buy it online . Macys Customer service has been wonderful . Sealy makes a beautiful mattress !! it was just too firm.
