Poor quality

I purchased 3 mattresses end of 2022 and called Macy’s to check 2 of them out as they are dipping on one side. Surprisingly 3rd mattress is totally fine. It’s been so uncomfortable to a point that our back hurts now to lay on them. They sent a service guy to come take a look at them. And then someone called me with inspection report that they are not going to replace them since dip is less then a quarter inch. This was ridiculous since I can tell dip is definitely more than quarter an inch. Now they are telling me that they won’t send someone to reinspect within next 90 days. What a poor quality and service. I would never use them again.

Bad mattress

I have had this mattress for 4 months and it's already lost its firmness. Inspection came out and said there is no manufacture defect therefore they can't do anything about it.

not delivered

I would love yo write a review and tell you that our new mattress is wonderful however, the salesmen didn't mention that the mattress was on back order. . So when I call customer service to inquire about my delivery they could not even give me an estimate on when it would be available. Very disappointed at this junction of the process.
